This brand new product line-up will be available by the time the holiday season hits the global markets and will be a good start to the next year for those who love to stay on the cutting edge of technology. So, without further delay, let’s have a quick glance at the various smart gadgets that Google launched today.

1. Google Pixel Buds

When most of the new age smartphones are ditching the headphone jack, why should the Pixel 2 be any different? The Google Pixel 2 is one of the latest phones to hop on the ‘headphone-less‘ bandwagon. And with it, the company has announced its first wireless earbuds. Proisically named as the Google Pixel Buds, this pair of wireless earphones has a slew of cool features. For one, the Google Assistant can be enabled with a tap. All you have to do is tap on the right earbud and give the commands. Whether it’s sending a text message, playing music or asking for new directions — the Pixel Buds will be able to carry each and every order seamlessly. What’s more, this nifty pair of earphones can translate in real time. As per the live demo, the Pixel Buds can even hear you speak and the phone will do the translation and play it back in real time. As far as charging is concerned, they follow the same style as the Apple AirPods – they come with a small charging case fitted with a 620mAh battery. A full charge can withstand up to five hours of playback time. The Google Pixel Buds are priced at $159 and are available for pre-order from October 4. They come in the same colors as the Pixel 2 – Just Black, Clearly White, and Kinda Blue.

2. Google Clips

Another cool product unveiled was the Google Clips camera. This new camera will be catering to the new group of users who do not wish to waste a single moment behind the camera. It uses machine learning to automatically capture your best moments when it’s appropriate. All you have to do is clip the camera on an apt location and let it do the work for you. As Google termed it ‘be in the moment‘. The Clips isn’t any traditional camera with a viewfinder. It just packs in a lens, a shutter button, and an AI and is tiny enough for you to carry on your palm or your pockets. This camera won’t record any sound but would rather capture both videos and pictures. Once done, they can be exported as GIFs as well. As noted by The Verge, Google Clips doesn’t sync its contents with Google Cloud. This camera will be available for $249 and comes in a white-and-teal color pairing.

3. Google Daydream View

Come this November and the Google Daydream View will complete a year in business. Alongside the Pixel 2, Google has also refreshed the Daydream View devices. The new Daydream View features a brand new look and a few design changes. It packs in a set of powerful lenses with a wider field of view. The new Daydream View will be available in a variety of colors such as charcoal, coral, and fog and will retail for $99. This VR headset will be compatible with Pixel devices (both old and new), the Samsung Galaxy flagships, and the Moto Z and Z2.
