PDFBinder is a no frills simple solution for Windows that answers your need to join two or more PDF files into one. Joining a few PDF files into one is very useful if you are finicky about document management. For instance, you might have a bunch of receipts that you would like to combine into one. There could be a few separate recipe files that you would like to turn into a consolidated ‘cook book’…the needs could go on. PDFBinder is a 1.5 MB download. There’s nothing much to write about the interface which just asks you to add the individual PDF files and ‘bind’ them. You can also drag and drop your PDF files into PDFBinder. For instance, in the screen below, I am trying to join together a few origami instructions into one combined file that I want to email to a friend. Click on the Bind button and PDFBinder opens up the Save dialog box for you to give the destination for the merged file. Joining takes a few seconds. That’s all there is to it to this simple software. PDFBinder works in all versions of Windows. You need to have .NET Framework installed. Do you think PDFBinder is an elegantly simple solution for all your PDF joining, or if I may say, self-publishing needs? The above article may contain affiliate links which help support Guiding Tech.
